Shot at the Csatello da Verrazzano in Greve in Chianti these show a wonderful morning on the hills of Tuscany. How I
wish I were there smack in the wine making season.
Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.

Looks like no foliage this year / E LP-2
Yes indeed. The leaves are falling off the trees and what remains looks like summer time foliage. Too bad.

Is it the wrong photo? Who cares / E P:L-2
I am in the country looking for foliage that has not arrived. It looks as it doesn't want to arrive. So I took a photo of spring even though it's off season. What can I do. I wish it were spring. Always spring. Eternal spring.. How I miss that cruelest month. Enough already.

Coney Island / Leica M-4
Sometimes I get the urge to use my Leicas. Here I used
my N-4 with the Voigtlander 15 mm F 3.5. A very wide lens that must be used with the auxiliary view finder. It is hard to see the image so it must be pre visualized. The film was Fuji 400 an excellent film with great color. We are in Coney Island, in early April on a cold and windy Saturday morning. I went out shooting with my daughter who is on the left, on the ramp, on the Wonder Wheel photo
