 New York is a magical city even though the present mayor is trying it's best to destroy it. New York will survive no matter how stupid and corrupt it's politician ae.

Fall in the city

 I do not have to go far to enjoy the changing foliage. I live near a big city park where I walk my dog every morning so I can take in all the seasonal changes.

Street photography

New York is a street photographer-s dream. If one keeps his eyes open photos opportunities materialize. This image was shot on Mott Street, Manhattan's Chinatown on a gray morning a few years ago.

Miss Liberty

In these times of turmoil and of basic disregards of this nations great strengths it is good to state the obvious that with all its faults this is the greatest nation an Earth.

 

A NYC Bridge

 This is the majestic Throgs Neck bridge spanning the Long Island sound and connecting Queens to  The Bronx. It actually has a sort of twin bridge, the Whitestone Bridge located more to the south. The photo was made on a summer solstice.

 

Courageous tourist

This gutsy tourist was photographed in Tangiers. She volunteered to pose with a cobra so that other tourists could take pictures. The two snake handlers were having a great time but the woman did her best to smile but she was a bit nervous.
