Another of my after coffee breakfast dish full of flavors. Rustic bread rubbed with garlic and coated with good olive oil and fresh tomatoes, some sliced parmigiano Sicilian olives, a sprinkle of oregano and a few leaves of basil. I usually prepare this in the summer when the tomatoes and basil are fresh.
