 I call this pasta alla siciliana, Sicilian style pasta. It has olives, capers, pinoli, a hint of anchovies and the classic muddica atturrata or toasted breadcrumbs and as the finale a sprinkle os Sicilian pecorino our phenomenal incanestrato. The flavor, forget about it
