What do you do after a morning of fighting snow and ice? You cook, naturally. This simple pasta with baby artichokes hit the spot. I was fortunate to find baby artichokes at my local frutta e verdura store so I could make this very simple dish. Needless to say, it was delicious especially with a small glass of Sangiovese wine.
