Ceramic tiles


The unfortunate result of a place becoming touristy is the plethora of shops selling souvenirs. It cannot be helped. These are at least locally made.

    I collect images of tiles from houses and streets and kitchens and restaurants, mostly in Spain and Mexico. Some of them are so lovely. They provide detail that much American architecture is missing.
