It's not Holland

Obviously this is not Holland; it's Mozia [Mothia}and these are the salt flats. Here the water is very shallow so that it can be sectioned off and the hot son dries it producing superb sea salt. The wind mills were used to crush the large salt crystals. Now modern machinery is used but the wind mills have remained and they make  images
