These two images were shot on Tri-X Pan Profesional with my original Yashicamat 124. The subject is my lovely wife when she was expecting our first child. I vividly remember taking the shot. I had the lens wide open at F 3.5 and was practically at minimum focusing distance. I did not push process the film because I did not believe in this trick. I pushed myself by holding the shutter at 1/15 th. of a second. When you push yourself and the equipment to the limit you usually get great results. I consider this my best portrait.
Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will help in these trying times
