Garbage is perhaps the most serious problem facing all of us. In my beloved Sicily, with the futtitinni attitude that is prevalent, things can get out of hand fast. As soon as there is an out of the way place that appears ill kept, the tendency for it to develop into a new dump is almost irresistible. What can I say. It's the way it is. BTW futtitinni means don't care about it. Too bad but as they say, futtitinni.
