New limited edition Leica M 10
If you have 18,000 pound sterling burning a hole in your pocket, Leica, as usual has a way to lighten your burden.
Leica has just announced a 250-piece run of alimited edition M10 kit, designed by custom luxury car manufacturer Zagato.
This M10 ‘Edition Zagato’ comes with a special Summilux-M 35mm f/1.4
lens that sports a new integrated lens hood. The body will
also feature a new design to incorporate a handgrip on the right side.
The Zagato M10 is the same s the regular production M10 body, Because Zagato uses aluminum in it's cars, the camra
will use aluminum for its top deck, base plate and body shell. The
control dials and knobs, will also be made from aluminum. This design yields a body camera 70g lighter than a stock
M10. Instead of the classic Leica leather wrap there will be a series of ribbed grooves.
the The new hand grip should make the camera easier to hold. Personally this is a camera for rich collectors. But to each his own.
