The Culinary Institute of America

For a man of the stomach - I consider myself one - this is the holy grail. Situated in Hyde Park, NY, it has been in business since 1949 and it's the premiere culinary school in the USA. If you are anywhere near you should visit. Reservations are absolutely necessary. The food is excellent and the grounds are spectacular.
