This hilltop town in Umbria, Italy has fascinated millions of visitors and remains one of the most important tourist destination in Italy. Many come for religious reasons because this was where Saint Francis of Assisi came from. Although the main streets are full of sightseers one can still find peace and tranquillity off the beaten track. The food is of course heavenly.

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
