It took 18 years before I could return to this area. It was just too painful. Finally, on a beautiful September Sunday afternoon I visited. What a pleasant surprise. It took many years of bickering before the area was re built but once it got going it flourished into a superb area. The construction is still continuing and the resulting buildings are simply spectacular. Still I didn't have the heart to visit the memorial. Perhaps it will take a few more years.
Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.
