This is the famous sfingia di San Giuseppe that can only be appreciated in Sicily. I had this at the Bar 200 in Castellammare del Golfo. Tasting the Sicilian ricotta made from sheep's milk made my taste buds dance a tarantella. This must not be confused with the zeppola di San Giuseppe, a Neapolitan delicacy that is made with custard cream. Buana festa di San Giuseppe a tutti.
Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.
