 As long as one has on hand a can of good tuna in olive oil, the possibilities for lunch are endless. Here I steamed, string beans, potatoes and an onion and added the tuna. I seasoned it with Sicilian sea salt, Italian olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Just wonderful.
