Eating in Sicily. When I'm in my beloved Castellammare del golfo, before I go out for my cappuccino and cornetto, I begin my morning routine with a simple plate of sliced tomatoes, real olive oil, atop the most delicious bread imaginable. A very helthy way to start the day. On other occasions, I add other items such as olives, cheese and red onions.
