Che delizia
If you have the right ingredients, this simple sauce is ideal for a summer lunch. Only one clove of the freshest garlic placed in a skillet coated with the best EVO one can find and the tastiest pomodorini are enough to prepare the sauce. In the meantime cook the finest spahetti - imported and those extruded through bronze holes - add them to the sauce when al dente and the magic is done. Of course a generous sprinkle of black pepper doesn't hurt. Complex simplicity through care and love.
