 With the right ingredient, it can be kept very simple. These are  Trader Joe's imported Italian ricotta filled ravioli with Sicilian lemon zest. I simply prepared a butter sauce with a little EVO and tossed some fresh rosemary. The result: a delicious and simple dish light on the stomach.
