Anellti al ragu. This is Sicilian dish that is from chopped pork and beef and is cooked wit the passata di pomodoro or strained tomatoes and of course peas.. I use Mutti because it's the best. The whole mixture is baked and muddica atturrata or toasted breadcrumbs are generously sprinkled on top. The ricotta is not part of the recipe but i could not help using it. This dish is time consuming but the result are heavenly.
