 The genius of Italian cuisine is the ability to produce delicious dishes with a minimum of ingredients. This is easier than it sounds because to pull this off the freshest and best ingredients must be used or else you still get nice results but the potential of the dish will not be reached. Here we have Italian spaghetti with pomodorini.  I could have used sone parmigiano but I wanted to savor the taste of the pomodorini. The two other ingredients are EVO and a clove or two of fresh garlic. A sprinkle of black pepper to taste closes the dish. Please do not use any powder garlic or onions; it's definitively a no no.
