 A tasty and well made sandwich can be a lifesaver when one is too busy to cook. Here I prepared a delicious one with cime di rapa or broccoli rape and shaved parmigiano. This actually calls for mozzarella but but I didn't have any. The result: a tangier taste but equally delicious.
