 A great Sunday dish. Involtini di manzo or rolled up beef filled with strips of bacon and aromatic breadcrumbs along with mozzarella.  All rolled up in breadcrumbs and simply fried. A really flavorful dish. Here I accompanied them with sauteed broccoli. A leaf of bay leaves did the rest.
