The simplicity of this dish is deceiving. The simplest dishes are at times the hardest to realize. Once you have the freshest ingredients and take lots of care you can reach your goal no culinary nirvana. Here we have penne rigate, fresh pomodorini, good EVO and fresh basil all doing their magic.
