 Another example of complex simplicity. Spaghetti with crisp broccoli and pomodorini. To pull this off there must be attention to detail. The very fresh broccoli must not get overcooked, the pasta must be al dente, the oil of great quality and just a hint of garlic in the mix. Then you reach nirvana.
