EATING IN SICILY

When I'm in Sicily, befoe I go out for my cornetto and cappuccino, I prepare myself one of these salads. I must take advantage of the incredibly tasty tomatoes, the sublime incanestrato or Sicilian pecorino, the incredible bread, the fresh basil, the super aromatic origano and the heavenly olive oil. As we say in Italy: ogni lasciata e' perduta or everything you leave behind or do not take advantage of is lost. A typical carpe diem situation.
