Organic, Italian gigli pasta or pasta shaped like lilies with classic beef ragout or carne a stufato or what Italoamericans like to call Sunday gravy. No matter what it's called this is a classic Sunday dish that it's followed by the secondo, or better, the meat and potatoes. As for the meat, I use beef chuck, pork sausage, bracioli and fresh pancetta. Super comfort food that must be eaten with company.
