A candid portrait of a dear friend's mother. A wonderful lady from Puglia, Italy that, like any Italian had to make something to eat. A delicious impromptu lunch that she whipped up from items in her fridge and pantry. My friend and I had arrived totally unexpected but this only caused  joy to her. A truly beautiful person.
