Atlantic City before the casinos

 This color slide photo was shot in October 1976 after the sun worshippers and swimmers had gone. It shows a lever of deterioration and abandon. Things did improve later on. Although run down, it celebrated the spirit of 76 to celebrate the nation's 200th anniversary.
