This superb dish, a variation of the Sicilian dish pasta picchiu pacchiu was created by my friend Laura at the Long Island home of her sister Francesca. It was a great fathers day lunch. This pasta has basically cherry tomatoes, garlic and basil. Laura added crushed almonds and walnuts and sprinked it with bread crumbs. Delicious, healthy and relatively simple- Our cuisine showing its goodness.
Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.
