Shot in August 1969, near Castellammare del Golfo in the Campagna Known as Contrada Fraginesi. This is the country but it's only a few kilometers from town. At that time you could still see these old homes that were actually farm buildings but alas, this wonderful plateau flanked by mountains and overlooking the sea has become practically a suburban area saturated with villini or villas. Progress is what it's being called. I love this Kodachrome II image of a time gone by. The camera was my Canon FT with the Canon 50 mm. F 1:4 FL lens.
Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.
