The EUR was to be an European exhibition but the outbreak of world war II never saw this project completed. Nevertheless, there are several superb buildings that are absolutely timeless in their modernity and have no fascist vestiges. It is also one of the premier neighborhoods of Rome because of the post war building of residential apartments. It is a must visit to anyone going to Rome. This image of the sunset shows silhouettes of some of the buildings in the background.
Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.
