These are slides dating from June of 1974. A Nikon FTn loaded with the new Kodachrome 25 that was inferior to the Kodachrome II it had replaced. Even then Kodak showed signs of its eventual decline. They then added new black and white films and retired that wonderful Panatomic-X. Too bad. Fortunately they did not retire Tri-X Pan.

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
