Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.

Sometimes when there's little time I try frozen items that are not in the Italian food ambit. Each cuisine has delicious foods. Here are Japanese gyoza from Trader Joes prepared with sesame oil the result was delicious. I then added some sweet pepper sauce. I know that this is cheating but who cares. It's the taste and satisfaction that counts. As really famous Italian, Macchiavelli wrote: the end justifies the means. The mashed sweet potatoes were prepared by yours truly.
