 In the kitchen one's fancy must be put to the test. This is a combination of several ways to prepare pasta with asparagus. I used pancetta and garlic as a base and added pomodorini. After the sauce was on its way, I added the cut asparagus and after a while I added peas. Once the heat was off I mixed in parmigiano. The result was a flavorful and light dish. Very nice.
