 Italian gigli pasta - it means lilies in Italian, ergo their shape - with spinach and ricotta. I also added crushed pistachio nuts. Simple and delicious. BTW frozen spinach is recommended because it's easier to handle and you needs a lot of  spinach leaves that seem to vanish when cooked.
