 A sacrilege! Rigatoni with left over bolognese sauce and to make it different, I added shredded mozzarela. The result was delicious but please don't tell the folks in Bologna.

I would just love to be there

Thinking of Sicily and  my beloved Castellammare del Golfo from whom I'm separated because of this terrible virus. I hope that I may be able to get there seen. For now pictures will have to do.
