 I'm going through my archives and as you can see I did much street photography in the seventies. I had a studio but used it basically as a so called artist. Then I became a father so my focus shifted to making a living in photography. I was always interested in human photography so on jobs I always tried to take a few candids and other people photos. This man was selling balloons at the San Gennaro feast in Manhattan in the early seventies. There's much sadness and resignation in this image.
