Greetings, this blog is dedicated to my life in photography and my passion for good Italian food.. I want to make this a place to stop and relax. In the hope that this will provide some respite and peace. Thank you for visiting.

One from the archives. Manhattan Little Italy way back in 1972. Sadly this institution is out of business because this area has been overrun by China Town and the only so called authentic Italian places are a few restaurants and gift shops. Along with the Chinese expansion the area is being gentrified. This is a Kodachrome scan shot with a Leica M-4 and the 35mm Summicron.
