 Pappardelle italiane with my version of Bolognese sauce. I keep the ground beef in bigger chunks and the soffritto is also bigger. It makesfor for a more interesting eating experience.

 Italian rotelle or wheels pasta with original bolognese sauce. I added the basil: I just could not help it. It made for a more eye catching photo and a more savory dish. Just delightful.

 This is the real and authentic pasta alla bolognese, there are many variations, but this is the real one without tomatoes and just a dash of concentrate. totally delicious.
