As you may have already realized, I love pappardelle and zucchine; the latter being plentiful and still from local farms. These are going fast only to be replace with those from fat away farms. I prepared this dish with a combination of pureed and fried zucchine for a contrast of flavors. A sprinkle of fresh black pepper and the magic was complete. Very tasty.

A very nice Christmas eve dish. Organic Italian Pappardelle with a tomato, bacon, onion and peperoncino. I realize that the image is sloppy but I was preparing four other dishes so there was little time to polish it. But it's ultimately the taste that counts and this dish was delicious. Buon Natale.
