Another delicious and simple dish. Linguine with fried broccoli and cauliflower florets. Grated parmigiano and a sprinkle of black pepper closed the dish. Just wonderful.

     Delicious cauliflowers such as these can be purchased at local vegetables stores in my area because they come for the remaining farms out on Long Island. They are versatile and very nutritious. My favorite way of preparing them is with lentils. Very appropriate for autumnal meals.
