These beaten up chairs were at the South Street Seaport in Manhattan in the eighties before this venue became popular. I like the composition. Shot on Kodachrome II with a Nikon F and a 50.. F 1.4 Nikkor lens.

    New York Harbor on the day the Statue of Liberty was re opened after it's restoration. It was back in 1986 and the 100th anniversary of " The Lady in the Harbor". I shot it with a Nikon FTn and the 135mm F 2.8 Nikkor from the Brooklyn Bridge. The Manhattan Bridge and the Empire State building are in the background
