Love that smile

This youg lady was having the time of her life making huge cotton candy. At an NYC parks event for children in Queens, NYC.

In memory

Let's always remember 9-11 but let's never forgive.

Mazara del Vallo, Sicily

What can I say, I miss my Sicily and the fact that this quarantine seems to linger with no light at the end of the proverbial tunnel is enough to really annoy me.

Very early attempt

One of my first 6X6 shot aka medium format. I used my original Yashica 124 and loaded it with Ansco 500. Pure magic.

Let freedom ring.

As an immigrant I love this country and this city more than those born here. You I can see the difference. I have travelled the world and always found the USA tops. Yes we waste lots of energy and many of us love guns too much and the educational system fails to stress citizenship but with all it's faults where would you like to live? I could very well live in my Sicily that I miss every day for purely personal reasons and bask in the beauty of it's language, it's food and it's people but I always itch to return to the States. So I'm not ashamed to assert my love for my adopted country and my city presently under siege by ANTIFA and BLM BS. Aided and abetted by a totally corrupt mayor bent o destroying this great city. I do not take political positions in this blog but occasionally

I must get thins off my chest. You do not have to agree with me. Just visit and take a break from the madness.

How I miss that blue water

The colors are real. No manipulation. This summer I can only look at the pictures. As the NY Mets say, wait till next year.

Harbinger of what is to come

With summer almost over it will hand the baton to fall, the most glorious season as far as photos are concerned.
