Harlem

After many rebirths, Harlem has finally made it. It's a wonderful community rich in tradition but open to the changes of the city. It is always surprising in a pleasant way. 

The Culinary Institute of America

For a man of the stomach - I consider myself one - this is the holy grail. Situated in Hyde Park, NY, it has been in business since 1949 and it's the premiere culinary school in the USA. If you are anywhere near you should visit. Reservations are absolutely necessary. The food is excellent and the grounds are spectacular.

It's nuts out there

Halloween used to be just kids going trick or treating. It has become a big deal especially with the exterior holiday home decorators. These are the same people who decorate for Thanksgiving, Easter and of course Christmas. What I like to know is where do they store all these decorations. Go figure.

The selfie

What will eventually define this era is the so called selfie. Where will all these images be stored, I wonder. Will the cloud be large enough?  Problems, problems.

Pumkin painting

It's that time of the year when the pumpkin becomes king. These images are from a church event where children painted away using their fertile imagination.
