This scene was recorded at an event of Arba Sicula an organization based in St. John's University that fosters Sicilia culture and language. After the lecture there was a light repast that culminated with that most famous of Italian pastries the Sicilian cannolo. It is worth noting that the two most famous Italian dessert delicacies, the cannolo and the cassata are both of Sicilian origin. We see the waiter with a tray of cannoli and the aftermath. A great satisfaction and competition to grab that last cannolo. Priceless.
