The fall of 2007 with the Canon 20D and the 24-85 3.5-4.5 EF lens. Shot at the NY Botanic Garden. The effect was caused by water on the lens - condensation after entering the green house on a cold November afternoon. A little increase in contrast in PP was all it took.
