Merry Christmas

Now that the horrors of so called black Friday are behind us, let us enjoy the Christmas season with some tranquility. Happy holidays to all. This archive shot was taken at the "tree" with the Leica M-4 and the superlative Summicron 35mm F2. The film was Tri-X developed in D-76 full strength. Printed on Kodabromide F grade II, the print was then scanned.

A farewell to the roses. They ares still trying to fight a losing battle as their enemy, the winter, marches in with all of it's annoying qualities. I just detest the winter. It has no redeeming values for me.
