Back alleys are especially popular in Pennsylvania and they add a special charm to towns and villages. This one is in Milford, PA.

Old balconies

These old balconies were shot about a year ago. In April of this year, these homes were being re built to that touristy semi real but really false image of something that has never been but who people believe was. A re invention of the past to make it fit modern commercial needs. I find this "touristification" quite sad. But that is what is known has progress or even development. 

Thinking of the apple

While in Sicily, I always think of New York, a city that I love.  but When in New York, I miss Sicily; what can I say; this happens when you are deracinated.

These dancers were also part of the anniversary celebration of the Cervini Center. Very lively number.

Mariachi musicians

New york is replete with ethnic diversity. These mariachi musicians were part of the anniversary celebration at the Cervini Center in Corona, Queens. It a multi service facility run by Catholic Charities, my client at that time.
