The seaport area in 1973
The South Street Seaport is one of the most successful restorations in New York. These pictures date from the spring of a973 during the very beginning of the reconstruction. They were shot on Kodachrome II and scanned. Yes, you could park for $ 1.50 all day in some parking lots in Manhattan in 1973!

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
