A trip to the Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Long Island with an old camera that by today's standards should be put in a scrap heap. Yet it's still capable of great results. It was paired with the Nikkor 20mm F2.8. It's very liberating to shoot with a non zoom lens.

The 19 D had a film like smoothness that I miss. These shots were taken at Greenport. LI with the 16-35 F2.8 L lens. A very nice and sunny Saturday in the fall.

This little girl was really enjoying her ice cream. She is the grand daughter of my cousin in Sicily. The lens, who cares really. All I remember that it was a hot Sicilian afternoon.

A trip to Connecticut with my wife to celebrate fathers' day. Nice to get away from the kids. Actually I will be back today to celebrate with them. These shot are from Stonington Borough in Connecticut, one of my favorite places to visit. The lens is the 24-105 F4 L.
